No. One level only. You earn on the fans you bring in yourself, from real purchases only.
Do I have to say I get paid?
Yes, and it's easy: when you post your link, add a line like "I earn a little if you join through my link." It keeps everyone honest and keeps your account in good standing.
When do I get paid?
Earnings wait 30 days to cover refunds, then go straight to your bank once payouts open.
